Region Choir Rehersal: November 14th       4:15 PM - 9:30PM

• Arrive at BTW by 4:15 for bus transportation to Irving HS (900 N O'Connor Blvd, Irving, TX 75061)
• Bus transportation will bring students back to BTW for parents to pick students up around 9:45.

Region Choir Clinic and Concert       6:15AM - 4:30 PM

• Students arrive at BTW by 6:15AM for bus transportation to Red Oak HS (220 TX-342, Red Oak, TX 75154)
• Parents should arrive at Red Oak HS at 4:30PM to watch the Region Choir Concert

Your parents MUST attend concert as transportation back is not provided.

The Second Round of All State will be at Coppell High School.
All students who made the first round are required to compete at the second round.
A bus will be departing Booker T. Washington at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday, October 24th and will be back hopefully between 4 and 5 PM.

Students wanting to provide their own transportation must submit a handwritten notice to Gloria Stephens ([email protected]) no later than October 23rd.

Don't forget. Rehearsal on Thursday 4:30-6:30 at East Dallas Christian Church (629 N Peak St, Dallas, TX 75246) transportation provided there. Performance on the 20th at 7:00
